Is this a Yoga Alliance Registered Training?

No online yoga training is approved by Yoga Alliance. We did follow the Yoga Allaince syllabus and guidelines when we created our training to ensure our students where getting a top notch training.

We used the same program we use in our Yoga Alliance approved 200- hour  in-studio training and have had amazing feedback from our online graduates. All of our online graduates that are wanting to teach have found jobs and are teaching classes! Upon completion of our 200-hour training program and examination you will then become a 200-hour certified yoga teacher (CYT).

For many years students have been unable to participate yoga trainings due to scheduling conflicts, personal obligations, work schedule, finances, and many other reasons. This prompted us to provide a solution which evolved into our online teacher training certification. Students now have the ability to enrich their lives, learn more about yoga and  become certified yoga teachers on their own terms with our online teacher training.

How does the online training actually work?

Upon starting our 200-hour online yoga course you will receive immediate access to your videos and you can start training instantly. You will also be sent your very own teacher training manual that you can use along with your videos and use as a resource throughout and after your yoga training.

We break the training into different modules and have you start with the teaching asana module. Each video ranges from 9-25 minutes. The videos are set up so you can watch, process, take notes and then watch as many times as you need to. The program is set up so you watch the videos until you have feel you have a good grasp on the material and have really absorbed the information. The great part is that you are not locked up in a room all-day. You move at your own pace and work through the modules as quickly or slowly as your want and you decide how much information you want to go through at a time. No more being locked up in a yoga room for hours at a time.

As you work your way through the videos you will have quizzes that you will take (take as many times as you need) to ensure you are really learning the information. Your final assignments will be to submit two 15-min videos of you teaching yoga to someone else. One of our experienced yoga teachers will review your video and make sure you can teach a safe and intelligent practice. Upon the passing of your final assignment you will then be an official 200-CYT (200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher).

What kind of certification will I get with this training?

Upon successful completion of our 200-hour certification, students will become 200- hour Certified Yoga Teachers and be a 200-hour CYT (Certified Yoga Teacher). This certificate will provide you with the ability to teach anywhere in the world.

What is included with this training?

You will receive all of your videos, your very own training manual, all of the quizzes, assignments and testing. Who should do the training?

Our 200- hour yoga training is more than just learning about how to teach yoga. It is a program built around guiding you how to move beyond your fears, learning about your body, enriching your life and learning how to lead and inspire others.

This program is great for anyone that is wanting to learn about yoga and how the body works, someone wanting dive deeper into their practice, someone wanting to advance their practice and for those who are wanting to lead classrooms and teach.

Our students range from ages 16-79 and range from beginners to advanced practioners. The beauty of our program is that not matter your age or experience your training will be personalized for you and help you accomplish your goals.

What is the testing process like?

Failing is not an option, so don’t let that stop you from taking the next step to enriching your life. The quizzes and tests are simply our way of knowing that you are understanding the information and are able to apply it in a safe way.

At the end of  each module you will complete a quiz before moving onto the next module. You can retake these quizzes as many times as you need to.  After you have completed all of your modules and quizzes your final assignment   will be to record a final sequence.

Your final video is a 15 minute video of you teaching yoga to someone else. Once you submit your final it can take up to 3 days for one our instructors to review.Upon approve of your final sequence you will have completed your training!

If our teacher’s feel there is a little room for improvement they will email you some feedback and some suggestions and will have you resubmit your video. It is super important to us that we make sure you are ready to teach and that you can lead a safe practice.

How long do I have to complete the training?

We understand that flexibility is one of the many reasons you are doing our online yoga training so we  give you one full year to complete the yoga teacher training.

If you find you are unable to finish in that time frame, simply email us and we will provide you with an extension. Our goal is to make our yoga training about you and to provide you with the flexibility you need to be the best version of you!
