WHAT IS YIN YOGA?
Yin Yoga is a passive practice that targets the connective tissue around the joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia tissue by holding these ‘active’ passive poses for a longer
period of time. Targeting these specific areas by using the breath; allows to release stress and tension that’s held deep within the connective tissues.
This Yin Teacher Training is intended for yoga teachers, teacher trainees and anyone who is interested in deepening their knowledge about Yin Yoga. Through this hands-on program,
participants will learn how to compose and guide a Yin practice.
