This 20-hour restorative and yoga nidra training course is intended for yoga teachers, teacher trainees, body work specialists, and students interested in deepening their knowledge and practice of restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
In this program participants will learn the art of crafting and guiding a restorative yoga practice. Through a practical, hands-on, and experiential approach students will understand the benefits of conscious relaxation.
Brittany Kraft, the Yoga Director of Joy Yoga, will lead the training. Brittany received her Restorative and Yoga Nidra certification at ISHTA Yoga in New York City under the guidance of Mona Anand. Her restorative classes are known for being soothing, creative, and stress-relieving.
